LOCATION
Leighton Buzzard is an expanding town situated between Milton Keyes, Luton/Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead and Aylesbury. The town has a main line railway station providing a link to London Euston and the North of England. Road communications are good, with the A5 and M1 junctions 11 and 12 being within easy reach.

DESCRIPTION
The new units are of a steel portal frame construction incorporating brick and cladding elevations under a cladding roof incorporating translucent panels. The units are of a terraced nature and can be combined to create larger accommodation if required. Each unit has an up and over electrically operated roller shutter door with the workshop/warehouse being heated by means of a ceiling-hung gas blower heater.
